quick question, no answer from stealth guide
 

I have a banned paypal with my SSN, but recently i opened a new paypal personal account with variation of name, new address, new number and new bank account. I transferred money via my bank to fund my paypal and made a few purchases successfully. Can i add my new debit card so i can pay instantly instead of waiting for funds to clear or will i be asked my SSN once i add the debit card? This account will only be used for buying from ebay.

The SSN is usually only asked when negative attention is drawn to your account, ie limitation.

First thing.

When someone has 950 post and longevity like Binary has and they give you a piece of advice you can almost take it to the bank.

You need to learn more about stealth accounts as new addresses is one of the easiest things to do.

Read threads in the cc alternatives to get the answers to this. Very easy actually.

I don't even use PP to buy on eB@y. I just use the eB@y credit card checkout option without PP.
