Anybody gone down the limited company route?
 

Hi guys,
As of Jan/Feb next year I need to take my business a lot more seriously and part of that is forming a limited company.
Just wondering if anybody on here has gone down the limited company route with ebay/paypal and if so were there any problems you faced? Also are the selling limits any different on new accounts that are limited companies?

I have done a bit of a search of the forum but there really is not that much info regarding limited companies.
