Can I have more than 1 ebay/ppal ac at the same address? - with different bank a/cs, email addys, and can the phone number be the same and does the name on all the accounts have to be different?

Yeah, Ive been setting up a couple accounts per new info, but like topaz said if one goes down they both go down...
