Without any limitations, when paypal " limits your account" for not providing the tax id,, its just limited from closing.. I just don't get the vibe from this that they are going to mass close people down january 1st. Now if you passed both thresholds you either already down, or will be. I myself never pass the 20k threshold, i don't do the sales to do that.I think it'll all be ok.

Call me optimistic.
