i wouldnt go crazy selling these things at first. i also hope you did a max 3 day auction on this. these things are high risk IMHO, and ive had new accounts nuked because of them.

They were my thoughts as well, this item being graded as a 'high risk' category is laughable...:FF:.

So how do you overcome this in a nutshell ??? I mean this was one item & followed stealth procedures....still, if the OP provided the details asked for, then after getting the suspensions lifted, they should be good to go ???:confused:

Sell something used from a thrift store or around the house sell it for feedback not to make a profit list 7 days .99 let it sell ship it wait for feedback....

that sounds exactly like it...either you've done the 'stealth' wrong somewhere, or linked something (are you previously banned ???) or EB/PP have new counter measures in place we don't know about.

Ok there is at least two things I may have stuffed up on possibly.
1. Using the app (which I said I'd never do but I was curious.. Curiosity killed the cat)
2. Home phone verification
Although in regards to the second one I've seen countless users say that they've never had an issue with using the same house number to verify x amount of accounts.

i keep seeing these threads where people are getting banned right away. my accounts last a long time. i dont understand why people are getting banned so quick?? i also cant understand why i see people trying to sell so quick. why not follow the 30 day rule? dont sell till 30 days is up. and during the first 30 days build your feedback to 10 by buying 10 items. also chat on the forums for a few days. you need to think like a new person on ebay. so look around for stuff. ask noob questions. works for me every single time:) dont just make an account to rush into and try to sell items quick because you need the cash. you will just get banned!

sorry you got your account closed though. maybe treat it as a learning curve? whatever you did wrong this time. dont do it again next time.

ive never waited 30 days to list nor have i purchased.
I dont sell high risk or expensive items -sometimes moderate risk maybe.
I don't always sell used items at first.
Ive listed BIN and auctions from the off.

Ive never been nuked or limited - touch wood.

You are doing something wrong somewhere.

just to clarify i dont open business accounts. only personal. im no longer in business on ebay and never would do it again:) so yes i guess on the business accounts my way of doing it may be different. and i even think it tells you to do the 30 day thing in the stealth book (cant remember been a year since i read it)

Yes, it does tell you to wait 30 days but I seriously thought it'd be ok to list a screen protector.

Please help me identify the reasons I was suspended . As I understand
you have had issues in verifying my identity.
I don't believe there is any issue with the information I have provided
to you, so i do not understand how this may be a problem.


I was very excited to begin buying and selling on eBay, particularly
because it is the Christmas period and abit of extra cash would be handy

I'm amazed that item would have come in under VERO....

I think this - (used her landline number as she states (LINKED to previous BANNED EB/PP A/C details ???) ) -is what killed her account as well as possible ip address/flash cookie linking.

plus the fact that she listed right away upon the EB/PP account creation WITHOUT giving it 30 odd days to build newb user profile/behaviour on EB & be a EB buyer with several feedbacks were the OTHER reasons for the disqualification as these were ANTI-STEALTH actions.

just apply for either skype, uwtservices, flynumber, or jetnumbers - these have been known to work for AU stealth

if you want to give it a go, try the app again and let me know how it goes ;)

You need to sell regular items on the account and then start selling 1 by 1 of vero items.

Thank you for the reply FandangoKango, though 'regular items' is a broad scope. I note the OP has almost certainly got this EB/PP A/C suspended indefinitely due to improper stealth procedures, namely the linking of a previous landline used on a BANNED EB/PP A/C to the current NEW EB/PP A/C.

The screen guard WAS something I found lying around my house lol. I has a few of them.
