Purchasing Inventory with paypal

If you are purchasing inventory from a china wholesale site with your paypal and then selling it on ebay, is it possible they can be looking at your paypal and seeing that you bought the product from china, remove it due to copyright infridgement?

yes you will get linked try to keep paypal separate meaning buy on 1 paypal and sell on another otherwise you will go down in flames!!!

jamblix 12-14-2011 01:57 PM

Yes as oge suggests, I would not advise buying from China with your selling accounts AT ALL. I have heard of links being done. I have a Payp SPECIFICALLY for all my China purchases and you should too, it's the safest method.

Yes - you should be using separate means to buy and sell - don't link the two lines.

When i purchase goods from China (dhgate) i just use mine or my mums/dads credit card :)

I'd never think of buying from China off a paypal seller account.

ive been doing this without knowing :typing:

Use a credit card

Never use paypal to purchase from Chinese sites. never, never do it. They will limit you and start asking for supplier invoices especially if you are selling vero items. Use a credit card to purchase from DH gate. Visa will give you a master password to verify it is you making the purchase.

You can't avoid the international fee its in every card out there. You can probably avoid national fees in your country.

I wonder if dhgate or any other chinese website paypal account get limited and how does paypal handle it.

i agree with using seperate pp accounts...

the one i use for china only purchases, on the "account details" page, it looks like a chinese phonebook...

Sandy D 12-14-2011 06:41 PM

I have not purchased from China wholesale yet but plan on doing so.

I am currently building an account just for this purchase.

I will not use a good paypal account to purchase items. I will use the account I am building buyer feedback on to purchase items and re sell on other accounts.

No way would I let pp know exactly what I am doing. Risky.

NotAHappyBunny 12-14-2011 07:23 PM

what about buying non-vero using pp to pp - i want to limit the amount that goes through the bank
:ranger:

direct payments not linked to a website.
