MC049 with ebay australia: why?

Got exactly the same problem, I setup ebay AU and within a couple of hours it's down for MC049.

I have the stealth book but I just can't seem to work out what I am doing wrong.

I am using a US CC for verification. Would it solve the problem if I use a AU CC? I also have VPN but not for AU. I have tried creating an account with UK/USA VPN and same MC049 and tried without VPN, chinese IP address and same problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

MC049 is just a generic code indicates that you did something that raised a flag with eBay, it could be account related or have something to do with the item you just listed.

Maybe you sold too quickly? what did you try to sell? VPN? Chinese IP? Way too many potential flags.
