eBay hasn't suspended any non pay bidder buyer since 2010. I have verified this. I'd rather not say how. Just I simply have.

So what do you think of this? Non pay bidders are immune to any action on their account.

They treat there buyers with roality as to they s**t on the sellers. Ebay needs to remeber "Not To Bite The Hand That Feeds Them"

you say this as i just had two buyers message me today about items that sold $200+ say 'sorry not interested anymore' after they won the item so now not only does this get taken off my ebay monthly balance now i have to worry about getting my listing fees back why do people bid on items if they dont intend to buy it

Yes, that's true. I have one account where I've bought more than 100 items over 3 months without paying a single one of them and it's still not suspended - don't ask why, please, but I'm not abusing anyone. It's giving me a warning when I buy that some sellers have reported that I didn't pay but I am still able to buy.

Sure there are PLENTY of LOWLIFE buyer on ebay that should be suspended buy Ebay will NOT, Simply because it is the Buyers that have the MONEY,,,

Also, we need to be Truthful with ourselves, for every Lowlife Buyer I will bet that there are 1000, Lowlife, Ripoff artists, Scam, Sellers,,,Think of How Many have we Chased off this Forum Alone,,so to me it makes sense that Ebay Ignores buyers for the Most part and concentrates on Policing sellers
