Paypal no longer recognizes my email or bank account???WTF

So I went to login to paypal with a different account that I hadn't used in a few days. When I tried to login I kept getting errors and then it said it didn't recognize the email. WTF? And whats worse is I already have my savings account attached to it and now I can't login or anything. I tried creating a new account with the same email and it workded but now I will have to open a whole new account.

This makes absolutely no sense to me. Can somebody explain? PLZ!

maybe you got hacked, and they removed the email address only thing i can think of. that happened to me when i was in business.

Possiblility you have been hacked.

More importantly, check with your bank to see there is nothing bad going on there (even though you said it's a savings account).

Double check the email, in case you've made a typo.
Get the bank sorted as a matter of priority.

Report this problem to them to protect your funds.

Then phone paypal to see what is happening.
