Can I use Vodafone paygo to verify ebay/ppal?

Can i use Vodafone paygo sim to verify ebay/ppal and not then have to pay for voip or is paypal still asking for a landline?

You can use it to create a sellers account on eBay and as a contact number for paypal, but the paypal verification process has changed now and a landline can no longer lift the receiving limit.

so a mobile number is o.k for sellers account and paypal instead of a landline?

you need docs now to lift the limit, before i think it was just done via the landline but they have got wind of the voip
