Paypal Asking Invoices and Supplier Contact Info

Hi,

My non stealth paypal account has been limited with $2500 on it.

Paypal wants me to provide Invoices and Supplier Contact Info but I don't have those.

Can someone please help me with this problem?

Thanks very much in advance,
Adri.

Give them what they want is the answer or move on.

even if you have to errrrm....you know.

I wouldn't leave that much money in any Payp account ever and always withdraw when I can so situations like this don't happen.

This also happened to me and I was not able to lift the limit after I sent in some shoddy info. You're in a good position because it's not stealth, you can provide the other information. They asked me to supply utility bills and a drivers license when it happened to me. If you're going to send in supplier and invoices make sure they look legit or they will not lift the limit.

Learned my lesson the first time so now when they do this, I can move on to another account and only lose a few hundred at most which I can cash out in 6 months.

Sometimes you have no choice. Rolling reserve is the killer. I currently have nearly 25K stuck in one account on a 90 day roll. Equally I have a similar amount on my merchant account rolling reserve

You also have 21 day holds to contend with

It's all part of doing business on these sites

I had no idea Payp was even doing this, I knew there were payment processors that use rolling reserve but, I figured it was for big merchants making tens of thousands per month. This would be a huge hit on cash flow for small eB sellers. Still, none of my accounts have been imposed with this yet but, I stay under 2k a month of sales on all my accounts so that's probably why. Either way it works out for me this way none of my Payp accounts have $ I can't afford to lose, even with a high percentage rolling reserve. I read just now some sellers are getting as high as 20% on a 90 day basis  that sucks.

been doing it years.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes I know what I have to do but I'm not sure how to do it.

If you (or anybody else) wants to PM me about it please don't hesitate.
:spy:

Thanks very much,
Adri.

Unfortunately I had no choice as GrannyT explained. Yes I'm not stealth so I can give them all the other information.

My account got limited right after I missed their phone call, someone at my house who don't speak English hung up on them.

Should I try to call them even if I don't have the invoices they asked for?
