Starting all over again......shall I format the pc?
 

Going to have to start all over again, since paypal rejected my appeal to unlimit my account.

just a quick question, would you advise that i format the pc or shall i just create a new user account? (i use tmobile, so always give a different ip address each time)

just create a new windows user account for the new stealth accounts...

Create another user account on your operating system; this will have SEPARATE cookies/browser history/flash cookies to the suspended EB. Formatting it would be waste of time.

i have 2 other other ebay accounts but the paypal on both of them has also gone down, big big problem

the ebay is still going on nearly 11 years on - i can now sell again after it was restricted to only buying, but the paypal has gone down, so in reality i cant really sell anymore on it

o.k, setting up new user account, gmail, got my vodafone paygo sim today, got vcc ready, do you think any need to use
anonym.to - free dereferer service or am i ready to go with just the vodafone payg

i'm using a new address, can i still use the same name, dob as my other ebay accounts or shall i change it with a slight variation and change the dob?

its cost me my nearly 12 year old ebay account - which i cant sell on since the ppal linked with that has gone down, so can only buy

my 2nd ebay account paypal has gone down on that

i'm writing everything down on paper, like the ebay account info, ppal account info, not got excel sheet yet, is there a link to one that i could see what format i need to put the data in

think you should use an excell sheet aswell as writing it down

incase you lose one or the other

there was a thead on the forum i think a few years ago that someone had a colour themed excel spreadsheet which looked fantastic, i'll see if i can find that thread and post the link for others as well

BEFORE you do anything on ebay/paypal, make a thread here first. Otherwise you might make problems too hard to sort out :clap:

my user accounts are all password protected too and im the only one who has the passwords. that way no one can accidentally log in to the wrong ip/ebay combo and take me down.

did you mean anything on ebay/ppal in terms of registering?

i know that i have to register with paypal 1st before anything else, add the phone numb, vcc and bank and wait for the bank deposits to appear, when they appear confirm and then register with ebay

i will have a read through stealth tommorow as well before doing anything and post in this thread as well

mistake i made was having the same password on all user account

You stated earlier that you still have 2 eb accounts available, but both pp accounts went down. Why not try eb alternative payment methods, and keep those accounts going?

Thats right, got 2 ebay accounts but both paypal accounts with those accounts have gone and are limited for ever, plus you need to have a paypal email address when you sell on ebay uk and you must have paypal as the payment option, see

Does not make any mention of alternative methods available such as paymate or ccnow moneybrokesrs working, can anyone verify if these work in the UK?

i once went the money bookers route and didn't need a PP account then, i know it was a rule brought in a while ago but rules like that don't usually apply to accounts created before the rule was brought in.

More hassle than worth anyway.

In 07 the rule came in re paypal in UK

no that should not be a problem.


Yes you can use the merchant accounts above but if your account was created after 2007 then you would have to have a paypal account attached if it was created before then you do not have to have pp attached.

Yes you can, although you must still have a PP attached you can still use other merchant accounts.

Bit of a problem........I got my free voda sims off the net, i have put them into a mobile and tried the *#100# - to find the number of the sim but it dont work for some reason, i have not topped the simcard up with anything, but i dont think that would matter if i want to find out the simcard numbe anyway, anyone able to help me out

Some sims need to be activated first, is the number not on the card that the sim was on ? try put it in a dongal if you have one and see if it shows the number in the software.

to activate call yourself on another mobile or landline, you do not need credit for this, sim allows you enough juice to ring another line briefly, you do not have to pick up, just see number on screen or 1471 for landline

I've just tried 2 voda sims which I ordered from voda web site, both dont allow me to make any calls instead telling me "you have used all your calling credit, please arrange need to top up"

they dont allow you to make any call, the sims dont have dcredit and have not been registered, they dont have to if you just want to find out the number.

the *#1001# does not work with the voda sims as well, if i have to top up a fiver and register the sim just to find out the number than i might as well try some other simcard instead, not happy with voda they dont even have the sim number printed

try t mobile then, they allow the free call to activate. Thing is if you want to keep it active in long run you need some top up to make the odd call.

Am i missing something, if you intend to use it for teathering or dongle then you are going to have to top up anyway ?

Whats the drama with the number, why does it mean so much right now ?
