iPhone 4S / Virgin Mobile Plan.. Which?

So I've rooted my cheap $99 dollar Samsung Admire on metroPCS so it gives tether on my $50 dollar plan. BUT I notice it gives very few IP's... I manage 3 accounts (1 already suspended due to a dumb buyer -_- refused the refund and gave negative anyways...) I have logged ALL possible IP Adresses to these 3 accounts. So here is my options and questions :D

1) Go to Sprint and get an iPhone 4S with Mobile Hotspot (Yeah I just want an iPhone 4S! Don't judge, I don't have an iPod... lol)

2) If I don't decide on an iPhone, I rather get a Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go... but for those who use this... Which plan do you guys have?

3) For those who use metroPCS as a source of tethering... do you get more than like 25-35 IP's? If so, is there a way to change this? Maybe this will help me create more accounts as well as I am tired of, Airplane mode > IPBurger... > IP tied to another account > Reset and this goes on forever lol

Thanks to anyone who replies and helps! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays for everyone. Keep that spirit high, and say no to eBay >:D

Either choice you can go with as long as it changes the ip........... all 3 (metro, virgin, & sprint)are on Sprint's network iPhone is probably your best bet......

Get a 4G device on Sprint if you want a wider IP range. You can use both 3G and 4G frequencies to generate a massive range of IPs.

No every post-paid 3g service is actually 3g but 3g on "prepaid" is actually not 3g even tho they call it 3g especially Metro PCS or Boost it's usually 1x or something slower

metro has true 3G in my city but only a select few the rest are 1x
