Have you been asked for tax information on eBay?

Would like to do a poll of everyone that has or has not been requested by eBay(not PayPal) for tax identification information.

Everyone please vote and please post if you have been requested by eBay for docs.

If you have, please let us know the following:

Account type
Gross sales - Year + average sales a month
Payment processor - PayPal, Merchant etc
If it was PayPal, please let us know if/when you have provided tax info to PayPal
Any other key pieces of information such as suspensions, limits etc.

Redundant. Enough info already on forum.

USERS need to do their own searching for the info which is here.

It is also imperative that professional tax advice be taken for this matter.
Also stated before.
