Default Important Simple Question Regarding I.P address

Hi, many questions i'm curious about, I apologize for the impatience but do not have time to read each and every thread (Although I wish I did)....

I'm just now realizing all of the tactics Ebay/PayPal employ, and i'm well familiar with Stealth Book at this point.. Closer each day...

My question is, what if I was suspended indef just last week, logged in to my account 3 days, but have NEVER logged my i.p......

I live in a small town, of about 400 people, there is a series of small towns similiar in size in the surrounding ares .... My internet provider is a local area, the only one for a span of 60 miles in eather direction, with a total population availability of say, 3000 people.. Potential customers...

What if I have never logged my i.p Prior... And I go through an entire processes of setting up STEALTH EVERYTHING - And say it runs smooth or well over a 1-4 months.. Business picks up, and then boom, I happen to re-cycle through a old i.p.... Any ideas how to avoid this? or suggestions?

Is it possible? I suppose any thing is.. Especially in a rural area... But I have noticed a significant amount of numbers change when engaging in MAC address change of the last 2 digits only, followed by a router, modem unplug.....

I think I'm on the right path... I'm obviously very concerned, of the one chance I may hit the same pattern of numbers I hit once before, and them linking me with one of 4 accounts used for approx 1 year, same address. Same computer...

To get a better picture of my status, and the potential outcome of solutions..

I just now! Finished completely restoring my 1 year old hp laptop to factory settings.. I am well familiar in computer operations and system files.. I'd consider my self above average for sure...

I have also read to the best of my abilities the Stealth Book, digesting the wealth of knowledge slowly.... Awesome source of knowledge...

Thanks for any all suggestions.. Much Obliged and the Best of Sales

very unlikely with a dynamic ip that you got same ip as the account had within last month of its life, I mean depends on ip range though, if only last 2 digits change then maybe there is a problem, otherwise, probably its ok........with wider ranging ips you might get an ip that it used a long while back...that is not a link though by itself, if you were completely clean apart from not knowing what ip you used, I would not worry.......

Thank you, I feel more confident now, for as I have followed the Stealth Down to the T.... Everything else will be clean.. And on a second note:

I did notice, by only changing the last two digits, within my router setup page, then restart/unplug modem, router for 10 minutes.. And Kazammm... Last 3 sometimes 4 digits of I.P are completely different...

Thanks for your help..

I also have a question regarding IP addresses. Are these IP addresses different or it's easy to get linked if I use such similar ips in different accounts: 11.222.33.44 and 11.222.33.4? Thank you in advance!

I had severe ip worries at the start - i fixed that by investing in a dongle.

I get old ips once in a while. Just cycle until you get a new ip. I have gone through about less than 5k ips by now.

its the same range, but as long as it is actually different by even one digit you are ok with ebay usually
