Ebay account working fine, paypal limited, want to buy how to pay?

My 12 year ebay account is working, the paypal is limited, I want to buy using this account, is there any way at all that i can use a vcc to just make the payment, without having to open a new account, like a paypal guest user or something?

I just read on https://cms.paypal.com/cgi-bin/marke...ayFlowCheckout
" You can pay using your credit card without creating a PayPal account. Just enter via the eBay 'Pay Now' button and you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information."

and ask the seller to email me a paypal payment request, could i just then go to paypal and click on pay and use the vcc without going the whole way like register and confirm?

i mean like this

paypal puts holds on 'guest' payments. It might be too risky. Over these holidays, paypal has been mean with this method.

Might work once but it does expose the ebay account to the chance of being suspended permanently if paypal decide to be horrible

Look at the item again. Does the seller offer any other method of payment? :juggle:

I emailed the seller he said that i could transfer the money at the bank to his paypal account?

i'd still like to use that ebay account to buy and get stuff delivered to my home and just build up the feedback.

If you have that option do that.

Look for sellers that offer choices.

Since that paypal was just freshly limited and permanently, I would not do anything related to paypal. Avoid that guest scenario.

Be careful the amount of money you put into getting feedback. Down the line you may still be stopped from selling because of a lack of paypal. Keep that in mind :juggle:

Just went over some notes.

On an ebay account with a limited paypal, the guest payment was not allowed.

That paypal was not even permanently limited.

Make that a do not touch, lucy.:mad2:

Thats interesting. I got my main legit eBay account limited in early 2011 and I have been buying as a paypal guest on that account after about 4-5 months. Lots of big purchases with no hassle.

OP's ebay account is fine. She stated it is her paypal that is limited. There is a difference.:deadhorse:

o.k, leave alone since the guest option does not work if paypal is permanent limited
