help with buyer
 

buyer purchased item from the beginning of december. phone was brand new still sealed.

messaged me 3 weeks later saying phone has low sound on calls.

Wants a new phone

How should i handle this.

dont know if this matters but the buyer already left me positive feedback the day he got the phone

Well, if it's a real and brand new phone, no matter what you send him, it'll be the same.
Tell him to go to the stores and test their demo model to compare.

It's not about him already leaving you positive feedback or not. It's about CS.

I have MANY buyers leaving me positive first and found out something was broken later and when it's legit issue, I'd take care of them. Earn their trust and be prideful of your honesty.

thats the thing how can i know if its a legit issue hes telling me he wants me to send him a new phone after hes already opened the phone and used it for 3 weeks

I don't deal in electronics for many reasons, and this is one of those. Chances are he has busted your phone up and trying to squeeze something out of you. Sadly, not much I can recommend - maybe he can try a claim but don't ship out anything without having the old item back.
