Browsers Issue HELP

I had my old paypal browser up and logged in on one of my computer users. Without closing the browser or logging out of paypal, I changed computer user accounts and tethered my phone to get another ip on the 2nd computer account to access my 2nd paypal account. I went back to my original ip and switched back to my original computer user, to find that my paypal browser for my old account was still up and logged in. My concern is, will this link this paypal to my 2nd paypal, even though I logged out of the first computer user. Basically what I'm asking is, is there any way that my old paypal got linked to my new one because it was still up in my old computer user, even though I logged out of it.

Thats the main thing I think.

Well, when I switched users, I changed the ip. I did everything correct except for leaving the browser open on my old user account.
