Vanilla Visa Denies Payp*l
 

Never got this message before. Usually i get one that says paypal denies it and it asks for a new card. But i know how to get around that one so its not a problem. But this time i got this.

" The credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details why your credit card was denied please contact your credit card issuer customer service department. Or you may want to try adding a new card.


Has anyone gotten this one before? By reading it, it seems a little weird that vanilla visa is denying pp. It should be the other way around imo.

Yup I've gotten that.. Almost always because the expiration date is entered wrong. A couple times I've gotten that because of the wrong zip code registered to the card.

Sure you have enough money on the card? If so, check the expiration.

Yup, the zip code was the problem.

I get this when I try to use my Amex gift cards - annoying.

Care to share how you get around that error message (I mean the usual one)?

Make sure you register the zip to the card first, common mistake. 2nd make sure the exp date on the card is 2020

Any u guys haveing this problem? when i try to reg zip it shows this

When i call the card it send me to CS instead of saying the blance

I having issues tonight with registering the zip to the card also.

I am wondering if it's just a temp web glitch.

I wont use Amex. Way too much hassle.
