Adding a new bank account
 

I opened my PP account long time ago and my bank account linked to PP was already closed but I don't remember and still sell on Ebay (Please don't ask me why this happened, it's complicated)
Now I want to add another bank account on PP so that I can withdraw money.
I read from one post saying that he was requested information on both old and new bank accounts when he tried to add a new account.
The problem is I don't have information on the old account because it was closed.
My question is: Is the chance of being requested information on both accounts very likely or just rarely?
What should I do in this situation?

just add the new bank account and verify it then you can leave it there and make the new one primary or delete the old one in a few weeks good luck!
