Some Sellers need to be suspended!
 

So fellow suspension forum members... I buy a brand new cell phone from "Less4Cell" with a power seller rating of 2385... and today what I get in the mail is a "refurbished in the Philipines" phone (with the sticker stating such)...that has a sticker with a serial number that does not even coorespond to the phone that I bought... I took it to Verizon and they told me they have been getting alot of phones coming in that people bought on Ebay with Fraudulent stickers/serial numbers on them... no wonder Verizon laughed at me when I asked them to activate it... SO THIS IS A LESSON FOR SELLERS AS WELL AS BUYERS READ HER ASPKIN??.. Make sure what you are buying is legitimate and now try to save a buck and buy fraudulent phones from the Philipines or wherever that your customers cannot activate because the serial numbers are ⊗⊗⊗⊗!!!.... ARE YOU ASKING TO BE SUSPENDED "LESS4CELL" ON EBAY SERIOUSLY???

I love this forum- I bought the ebay stealth book myself because I was and am suspended and sell on another stealth account now... but for a power seller to screw another ebay suspension member just burns me...If you have a good business don't buy or sell garbage and advertise it as new you are just asking for trouble.

Thank you for letting me air this- we all know the common sense rules- treat your customers good and be carefull what you buy and sell.:>

did you file a snad? paypal dispute? report them to ebay?

The names says it: "Less 4 Cell".Lol.

Once I bought two new Blackberry from a site. They sent me the used ones. I claimed with the bank but only got money back for one.
By chance I saw their name on Amazon and they have many good feedbacks there. WTF???
For long time business, why do those sellers lie to their customers?

The same day I got it I hit them with all Guns... Filed a Disbute on Ebay for "item not as described", left really negative...BAD feedback, emailed them numerous times etc. then I escalated the complaint to a claim with Ebay protection all the same day.
Within 8 hours the buyer refunded my money without me even having mailed the phone back...The thing that actually works for the Buyer is the Ebay Buyer Protection (I am sorry to say anything nice about Ebay but it does work). We have all had our pay pal accounts locked up because of this buyer protection so I guess it's a good thing most of the time. Thanks for the support people!

1. File the SNAD and report it as you wish.
2. For purchases like this (electronics and whatever), I always recommend you pay via credit card - your credit card company offers solid protection as long as you don't abuse their policy.
