opening new payapl after being banned!
 

can i open a new paypal from my sons account, which is registered to the address that ebay banned?

also have 3 paypal accounts one has been locked, the other two are still open.

2 questions
1 the one thats is locked down says i wont get my money for 180 days, do they stick to that or will it be released sooner??

second question
if i open a new account and transfer money from the new account two one of the old accounts that are still open, will they become linked?

They always stick to 180 days. Sorry, I do not believe they ever release sooner. :nono:

Transferring funds from one account to another account is very high risk. You will create a link between the two accounts. There is a way to transfer funds from one PP to another PP, but you need high level experience to make sure no links are created.

I personally would not risk the funds from the non-limited account by bouncing it to another, but it is up to you. :thumb:

as he has never registered it to paypal, but the bank account is at the same address as ebay has banned

The ADDRESS of the bank account is irrelevant - the deposits will still go through with verification deposits. Make sure your bank accepts deposits in different names (lot of forum posts here should reveal a post about your bank if you search it...or post it up)

can you tell me if this is ok to do!!

i would get my son or daughter to open a new bank account
then open a payapl account in there name with the new account

add it to a new ebay account that will now have my works address attached too it
so the only link to my banned address will be my paypal.
or does that need to be different too?

do not get your kids involved with your problems!

there is no reason why you cannot open a bank account yourself. use pre-paid ones if you cannot use the high street banks.

Maybe I got the wrong end of the stick
But i thought it said open an account in a friend or relatives name??
So I thought my daugter we be fine as I can trust her!!

So is thus how you go stealth?
Right open bank account in my name and address ( proper one)
Add that to a papal address that I create that now has a modified name and address
Get a eBay account in the same name and address
Get paypal verified then add to eBay

What I mean by modified is changing first name slightly
And putting a A after my house number???

You can open a paypal account in just about any name and any address, I've got well over 50 of them with made up names and addresses googled over the internet.

Jbluntz, I believe that the name should match the address is that correct or irrelevant?

It's pretty much irrelevant, I'm still selling every day on accounts with made up names, the address needs to be real though, if it isn't they just simply tell you and you just google it and change it to a real one.

open a bank in your real name. add the bank to the paypal account. when you want to withdraw money. you just withdraw it to your bank like you normally would. paypal have no idea whos name is on the bank account.

variation is a method - that will register ok, but if they look at address, particularly paypal might notice either it looks odd or does not exist...

personally if I was opening a buying acc only, a variation would be ok, just so I get packages....

a long-term selling account, will not pass reviews if set up cock-eyed...
