MC999 asking for more photos

So I have been getting mc999 and the reasons are limited selling history and add more pictures please it says. All I want to say is ebay is smart and they want you too add more pictures and make more profit off ya.

How do you add pictures in the description so I don't pay for it. Any ways?

JJGold 01-09-2012 07:32 AM

Yes, it's easy.

1. Scrub all data from pictures. I use Batch Purifier.
2. Upload pictures to your photobucket.com account.
3. Click on the "html" link that corresponds with your pic and it automatically copies it.
4. In the decription are of ebay switch it to HTML. Click on the location you'd like to paste your pic, and right click paste.
5. Rinse and repeat for as many free pics you'd like.
6. Switch back to standard in the description to verify the code was accepted.
:D

This is an excellent post. I had no idea you could do this without giving them additional revenue. THANKS! ! !

BatchPurifier works great. Auctiva is good for ebay image hosting. Otherwise, just google free ebay image hosting.

If anyone's interested.. Here's some html code you can use:

<br>
<center>
<img src="http://www.ebayimagehost.com/picture.jpg" alt="insert 2 to 3 word description of image" />
</center>
<br>

JPEGbay.com

I use imageshack. Lots of choices to avoid paying for pictures. eBay's pic system sucks anyway.

WOW, excellent thread. I've learned a lot from you guys.:cheer:

This code works great. I just go over to 'html' in the ebay description and you can throw this between paragraphs or at the bottom.

IMPORTANT: Do not use the same Photobucket or Imageshack account for more than 1 stealth

This can link you

rsot 01-11-2012 09:41 AM

Good point.

This should go without saying.. Good thing to point out though. I can definitely see some knuckleheads using 1 photobucket account for all of their stealths...

rsot 01-11-2012 01:41 PM

Some folx do like to take it too easy sometimes biggunn...

FandangoKango 01-11-2012 09:49 PM

I checked photobucket and other sites. I would have to create 100 of these accounts lol. Man :(

I never got into html. Not my favourite subject and never had to use it, but since ebay wants to play hard then ima have to learn new skills.

AyeDGAF 01-11-2012 10:13 PM

for mac users there is the great app called photo privacy for $3.99 only all you do is drag and drop and it will remove everything inside like GPS, Exif etc.. it also auto renames.

FandangoKango 01-11-2012 11:34 PM

Macs always charge something, but have good programs.

Hi TizWoz, I just tried JPEGbay but when I put it the description, the photos are kind of small, they're just as big as the photos in the avatar.
Did I do something wrong here, or it's just the way it is?
Thanks.

Your pics on jpegbay should stay the same size as they were on your computer... Sent you a PM.

If you're going to use auctiva, you'll need a new account for each stealth

Correct me if I'm wrong on this... Photobucket forces you to create accounts to upload images.

If you want a quick solution, I recommend imgur.com. I tried them once and I managed to upload a bunch of photos and use them in my description without any hassles and no no signup was required :dance:

I think imgshack allows you to upload without an account too, but then you only have limited features
