Ebay Bucks trackable?

My main account got limited (pp),
to use ebay bucks, needs an active paypal account, so wondering if i could use the certificate Number on a completely different (stealth) ebay/pp account.
Or would they link it via the code number?

I have no experience with eBay Bucks, but I assume they could link you if the number was issued by one account and used by another.

As a heavy user of eBay bucks, I'm pretty sure that they are LOCKED to one account and may not be passed around or redeemed on any other account. So not only would you not be able to redeem them, but you'd get yourself suspended, to boot.
