Payment sent to paypal account I have no access to. what to do?
 

Okay so one of my stealths is 3 months old, about 2 moths ago when i went to the paypal i had opened for that ebay account I could not log in....so i hit the reset password button, the responses that should have been correct for some unknown reason are saying incorrect and I do not know the bank account that opened the account cause the account was bought from here and the seller is not responding...so bottom line I had to open a new pp account with same stealth info which worked out fine. i forgot about the one that i cant log into to
so a few days ago I decided to relist an item that i did not sell the first time around when I had 1st opened my account..sold right away with a buy it now,problem is when they checked out them now and he old paypal address was on that listing so the damn payment went to the paypal i have no access to! I tried emailing the buyer to let them now I have no access to the account and that they should dispute it and put that in the notes...they have not responded yet
The payment is around $30 so its not enough to be stressed about but of course I would like the payment in my hand not paypals. Since me payments are still being held for up to 21 days is there any way I can refund the buyer without having to log into the account..or should I have them not dispute it and just ship the item and take the $30 loss...any thoughts?

The buyer is understanding and opened a claim , will this be bad for me even though I do not use that account?
