can i use unconfirmed bank account in anyother paypal account?
 

hi there
i have a simple question that i have a paypal account and i added 2 bank accounts in that account, 1 is confirmed and other 1 is unconfirmed. my question is that, can i remove that unconfirmed bank account and add it in any other paypal account?

Yes you can. So long as the bank account has never been verified. Just make sure you remove the unconfirmed account and leave it a few months before adding to a new Paypal.

I have done this very thing myself over two years ago - no issues.

It makes sense that you can do this, afterall, the wrong account number may get entered into Paypal. It's only when you verify the two deposits that you actually prove to Paypal that you own the account.

You can actually remove and reuse accounts in usa, people who say otherwise are wrong., Just don't add one that had a negative balance at some point after removing it... and don't add one that links to anything bad, if it links to a CLEAN paypal account it can be reused.. i do it all the time. Because ebay seems to fk me more than pp in the last 6 months.

That being said, you always are at risk..

well I always thought if the bank was confirmed, you got a message saying you cannot. as in use already - maybe usa is different.
