Ally bank any one?

Any u guys here useing ally bank? and if so how do u close the ur unwanted checking accounts? I got one linked to a limited pp and i need to close the acc out and i really dont want to have to call them up just to close it any ideas.

Use the chat function, but make sure to chat with a second rep afterwards to make sure that an account closure order was put in.

ok will do that i just figerd there be a easier way like a opition on there to close them.
Ing u can close them with a few clicks. emgrint derict u can send them a message to close them.
