Used my SSN more than 5 years agoon PayPal - but never Ebay
 

HI guys! Love both guides, bought them and have poured through them. Some stuff I knew through my research, some I was amazed to find, not just that these issued existed, but even that they COULD exist!

Question - I used my SSN many years ago for PayPal. Got banned from Ebay. Haven't used that Paypal in 5-7 years.

I am assuming that my SSN can't be used on a new stealth account, right?

Nope.

They share info and it will get caught in time.

Exactly - ANY old info must be assumed as dangerous to new operations.

Any ssn inputed is recorded in paypal's system forever. If you put it in a new account and it goes through then your in luck, but will get get caught down the line either today, tomorrow, in a few weeks, months, or years. Paypal is unpredictable.

If you want, try under your own discretion, but you could opt to apply for PayPal Extras Mastercard. This does a hard check on your credit...IMO (no experience) they would be more reluctant to ban someone who has their credit card on their PayPal account.

I dunno about eBay though so this could be horrible advice. :ban?:
