Ebay Re-evaluation

Ebay gave me bellow seller standards a month ago, I believe its from my 96 percent feedback, as nothing else was over the limit, and it said it would re-evaluate on the 20th of each month. During that time, I raised my feedback to 98 percent, which I think is reasonable, and I only have 1 in each low dsr category, all which have a green check next to it(so nothing in the red). It's the 20th, and nothing has changed, and I'm wondering what time they re-evaluate, if they do so at all.

I believe they review every 90 days (???) BUT you said by the 20th of the month, so you should know by Monday.

They will re-evaluate today and it probably won't update until after midnight. Maybe late into tomorrow. If you are supposed to get an email congratulating you, those seem to be on a 2-3 day delay.
