Is there an alternative to auctiva for email feature?
 

shows ebay messages ive been looking for hours and just found out you CANT see messages sent to me off ebay so how can you keep up with buyers questions/offers/complaints does inkfrog show messages from ebay members?or you just wait for a case to be opened before responding?
i have 300 used ip address and need another way to check my accounts thought auctiva was the answer but come on there is nothing better and like an ip tracker been hearing talks about it for ever now please help me before i go crazy searching through ip numbers i know the excel spreedsheet would probly help but im looking for a better answer

If you want to check your messages from your different eBay accounts you can do this through outlook to link your gmail accounts to it, make sure you have external pictures content turned off in each gmail account and don't reply to any messages through outlook but through the user account you have for that particular eBay account

so every question that is sent to me on ebay goes to my email as well?

ok so 2007 outlook is no longer free? so you pay 130.00 for th 2010 outlook is there somthing like outlook but is still free?

i use thunderbird as well for this reason. sometimes have trouble responding to the messages tho so i just log into that particular gmail account to answer the question

i thought i was never to resond to emails just read them with pics settings off because of web becons that can track u some how?

you cannot respond safely to an message sent from eb unless you are in that user acc't & have a safe/fresh ip.

You can however, if you have their email add email them from your email account - u get their email add when they make pp payment.

u could respond to their email messages, i do it through my fone, its simple
for example multiple account.... john doe, bob stewart, dwayne wade
all you have to do is put the email addresses on your fone (i use gmail)
whenever, someone asks you something/ebay sends you something.. you also receive it to your email address
you could REPLY to their questions but by replying to the EMAIL NOT hittin the "RESPOND" button,
its basically like emailing ebay to email the buyer (IN A WAY...)
HOWEVER, make sure you are NOT allowing pictures to be displayed
