Ok. I like to test the limits of ebay and paypal and so 2 weekends ago, I made a small breakthrough in withdrawing money in a stealthed fashion. For those of you that dont use banks to withdraw money because it's a vba, it's a reloadable debit card that is only good for verifying banks, the bank is closed, the paypal is made in a different country that cannot be used with U.S. bank, or etc then this method is for you. This method also allows you to get all your money out even if you have a withdraw limit.

The secret is in One word: Giftcards

1. go to walmart.com
2. buy the (x) amount of giftcards from whichever.
3. Pay with PayPal since walmart.com accepts PayPal now with shipping to your real address.
4. Wait 3-4 days to get your money.


Last Monday, I bought 4x $200 Amex gift cards from walmart using paypal as payment. I recieved it on Friday.

Gotta look into what cards we have here in Aus available online

You can still buy from Walmart with a good vpn and mail fowarding service.

I thought there were issues with doing this because this is not the first time the topic has been brought up...

For me i didnt, have to use a forwarding mail or anything like that. I just made the shipping address to my real home address on the walmart site. On the paypal transaction details, it just says i bought something from walmart.

Are you talking about physical gift cards op?

What about them being shipped to the stealth address you don't have access to?

Good stuff gcrusader - whoever tries this might still need a US address or US forwarding address.

They WILL NOT Be shipped to your stealth address. The shipping address you put in the walmart site is the address they will deliver the gift cards to you.

It should work in other countries with other companies that accept paypal and sell gift cards too.

Most companies ship to billing address only tho, but good to know Walmart doesn't.

And this is the issue that I could swear has come up before. Then you end up putting in a banned address and the information is shared with PP resulting in a deadly link...

I know this has been talked about and that is why people have to do in store pick up or whatever.

As far as I know. Walmart and paypal dont share information like that. I'm gonna keep trying for the next 3 months.


UPDATE: So if some of you still dont like the idea of having money in a gift card you can always get cash.

here's how:

1. go to walmart.com
2. Buy a "Walmart Gift Card" (Ones that can only be used at walmart) with your choice of paypal.
3. On the walmart website enter the shipping address you want it to go to (Walmart will not send it to your paypal address).
4. Once recieved you can go to swapagift.com where u can trade that walmart gift card for cash online or find one of their local stores near you that you can just walk to and trade.

Yo will only lose $9 but that sure beats $1000 in paypal waiting to get LIMITED.

And that second idea with swapagift sounds pretty bad ass. Never knew of that place.

Paypal can reverse the money though right within a few minutes of buying.

Anytime ive made purchases on walmart the shipping address is right in the paypal details. if it is the banned info it will get you linked.

ive found they are not as likely to do this tho if the business is a legit business like walmart and not DHGATE or ALI

Getting gift cards from walmart is a great idea paying through paypal, you may also be able to turn that into cash by making a semi big purchase for say $300 and take it back for a refund, they pay you in cash. If you can get the money onto a moneycard I know that Home depot refund in cash.

ok, well i am trying this out with a paypal that the ebay was limited on to see if the paypal gets killed since it has foo foo on it and im sending the cards to my real address. ill report back

Or you can completely bypass the physical gift card problem by buying e-giftcards.

this is nice but sometimes its nice to have the physical card to go to the actual store. only reason i personally would buy a walmart gift card, (e) or not, would be to go to the local store for groceries and stuff

just a little bit of follow up on this. for anyone doing the walmart via paypal option, go into the paypal account you used to make the purchase and check the addresses in your profile. i now have 3 addresses in my profile but only signed up one when i opened the paypal account and never added any.

the address on the transaction detail in paypal shows the ship to address only, no bill to address. in my opinion this is now a link but ill wait for others to chime in that have done this.

Keep us informed on this one as it will be interesting to see if a link is made here.
