Default LLC and eBay

So the last time I talked to eBay, I told the lady I was going to expand my business significantly and register as an LLC when she asked me about my selling plans.

She gave me the usual good job and you are doing great blah blah blah...but when asking her how to proceed after registering as an LLC, she didn't really have much to say besides "You can put LLC in your listings to become more reputable."

So...when you guys register your eBay business under an LLC (or other sort of corporation), what are the next steps you take.

Next step is to get an accounted to do your taxes. As far as ebay, when you indicate that you are a business (LLC) they will ask you to provide the EIN number to report you to IRS at the end of the year.

I know you guys/gals are tired of hearing it but that is definitely something you need to speak with professionals about. Not the corner H&R block either. Real professionals. Tax/business attorney, Local small Business associations, etc. They will tailor a business plan that will work for YOU and your business.

I dont see very many successful businesses that dont have a lawyer and/Or Tax Expert at their side when needed.

There will be people that say BS but it doesn't matter. You can Hustle sales online and worry about everything, everyday or you can do it correctly and have peace of mind.

If the ones that say its BS dont understand, then they aren't going to get it.

You folks that have it set up correctly know what I am referring to.
