Whats up with these limits.......

Got an account with 10/$1000 limit. Sold 4 things last month. Signed in today got the same 10/$1000 limit. It sucks but thats ok i can deal with it. But..... i am unable to list not even 1 item in the category i listed in last time..... I don't get it..... what is so bad about me listing in that one category.........

hahahahaha can't argue with that one.

This is typical.

Only selling 4 things might have hurt you.

You need to sell right up to your limit. They look at what you potentially will need to sell and raise them based on that and all the other stuff.

I couldn't do this b/c after selling the 4 items in this one category i tried to sell the 5th item and it said i need to sell in another category. So i was forced to wait a month for them to reset the limit. I signed on after i got my fresh 10/1000 limit and i still couldn't list in this category. And i received all positive feedback for the 4 items. So at this point i have no idea why they are doing this.

The more reasons to have a number of working stealth accounts up and running at the same time.

LoopHole 03-02-2012 12:47 AM

Yup...... ANOTHER damn account got this too. Sold 7 items all same category. Now its march 1st my limits were reset to 10/1000 and of course i cannot list in that category...... but it clearly ****ing says wait until your limits reset so you can list in this category.....so wtf are they just saying that just to say it.......cuz obviosuly i still cannot list in that god damn category.....

Yeah thats exactly what i have to do now. I hate doing this because i like to sell only 1 or 2 type of items per account.

Sandy D 03-12-2012 02:49 AM

No wonder I sell yard sale junk on new accounts.

I just bought an entire yard sale out Saturday with tons of nice feedback items for cheap.

Household types of items that were clean.

I dont sell anything great or in tough categories on new accounts.

bansheezone 03-12-2012 10:33 AM

Get your feedback up with Cheap items, first month you want to sell to your limit and hit maybe 25-50 fb's. Next month I like to hit my selling limit and have my feedback rating up to 100, 3rd month reaching the 90 day mark I see that my limits either get removed or they give me more of an allowance, same with Paypal 21 day holds.

Nice suggestion BSZone

Where do i get these cheap items? I don't go to yard sales or anything like that. Not sure what to sell.

Checkout some daily deal site like Fatwallet or slickdeals. They always have stuff you can find cheap thats good for stealth... Newegg daily deals are sometimes not too bad.

Do not look for anything specific. Wait for a deal to appear whatever it is. If there is interest in this product then purchase a few. Oriental express is a supplier of cheap good...
