eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal Business Accounts

When does PayPal ask for an EIN on a business account? If I only use it for $500 to $1000 per month is there a good chance I won't get asked? O created the account as a sole proprietorship, made up business name. Are the PayPal business accounts that much different than the premier accounts?

I got hit with it on one business account at 12k in sales.

Remember, the IRS is wanting pp to give them info and if you appear to have potential of hitting 20k you will get it.

I would think the business would get more looks because of the potential of a business doing better then a person who is not in business.

A business account is good for buying stuff since the business name goes in place of the stealth name when you order stuff.

Exactly. And a business name on paypal instead of a random person's name..
