Get confirmed without an EXPUSE code?
 

Hi All
I bought the stealth guide and set up 2 stealth accounts recently.
First I added a vanilla card, nothing happened. There was an action "link to this card" but I didn't click on it.
Then I added my real bank account, micro deposits were sent to me 3 days after, I was bank verified.
Now I look at my paypal address, it says "home confirmed" and the "related credit card" is my vanilla card.

So does it mean my paypal is already confirmed without going through the expuse code procedure? This is confusing....

You have not linked the card so it's not confirmed - it's freely attached.

so the words "home confirmed" doesn't mean paypal confirmed, am I right?

Home confirmed means that your address is confirmed. Yes your pp would be address confirmed too.

You need to have them send you the code.

Then you will be confirmed and good to go.
