Comas, for one

You are not being very specific as to what you need. If you do not want it tied to ebay, then dont. Use another PayPal or a 3rd party gateway like 2checkout or ccnow. They also have paypal built in

There is no rule as to how many paypal accounts you have, so either open a stealth one for your website or if you have a stealth one open a proper one.

Definitely need to give more details to clarify your issue. Sounds like you are selling on ebay and now also have a website to sell from...

Why not just use the same Paypal for both?

Use a 3rd party shopping cart like e-junkie.com for your website. There are a lot of shopping carts like this.

PayPal will have e-junkie as the refer and not your website.

Excellent point by Aspkin. PayPal is very dominant and holds a strong monopoly ON EBAY, but they do NOT hold this monopoly outside of ebay. Get a couple merchant options and you'll be golden. Google checkout maybe...

e-junkie is fantastic. You can change paypal email address without having to change domain if need be. I've used it as it was recommended by aspkin before. Great service. Great if you may run into PayPal troubles with limits

However, if its a serious ecommerce site you should really go with something more solid. It depends on your business plan.
