Whats the latest on including a web address in message to a buyer? I understand email addresses get blocked. But what about a website?

In the standard messaging system, they are not. They might be blocked elsewhere, such as adding a note in the checkout page.

Thanks. Have a guy who ran out of best offer bids and was 2 bucks short of the $400 I would take, so want to see if I can send him a note and point him to website. But eBays rule list is 1000 pages and I dont care to look...
