Refunding money for ebay return?
 

When you return an item to the seller and already have an ebay case opened how long does the money take to get your money back? Do I have to wait for the seller to close the case or if its escalated and it shows the seller received it what do I get the money the day the case is escalated or what exactly happens?

Fandango if memory serves me well you can escalate the case to bring it to a sooner close providing proof of shipping.

If its about the missing cell phone then that might cloud the issue but generally they are on the sellers side and unless they have a photo of packing it (which I used to do when selling laptops) they do not have much of a chance in defending your claim.
