Do i need SSN to open ebay+paypal stealth account

I'm planning to open an ebay+paypal stealth account.

Will they ask me for SSN(paypal+ebay) on registration form?

I'm doing the same. Since you are starting again then you have a chance to begin by properly making a stealth account.

SSN is not asked for on registration. But your issue is more can I provide one. Couple of extra steps now might work in your favor.

No i don't want to provide my social:) i have already an account in my name with social and everything....over 2050 feedback

Just need a few stealth accounts and was not sure about SSN since they don't require it for registration that's great:)

Its not required at first and really there is a case to answer to not give it at all. Just use your stealth account until they require it and then open a new one up.
