Locked account on paypal?
 

This account has been permanently locked with a $0.00 USD balance. All information associated with this account has been blocked from the PayPal system and cannot be registered with another account.

How can I appeal my locked account?

This was my personal legit account. Got banned for selling vero long time ago on it and never submitted documents. What can I do?

I called paypal 4 months ago and they told me when I paid the balanced owed I would get it restored. Now this happens. Any tips?

Fandango are you banned from paypal from holding an account or is this one just closed down, if its closed and your not banned just open a new one.

I called and limitations opened it again, but its limited. I ask can I at least use paypal to pay for items he said never again to just use something else like a bank or something lol. I said can you put my account back in review and he said yea and then we finished talking. Probably not going to get back in, but hey was worth a shot.
