Can't use an old legit Paypal account?
 

Just to clarify....You cant use a paypal account that has had a previous ebay suspended email address on it? right?

Even if you remove the suspended email account from your legit paypal, then add the new email address of your new account, it still will be linked right? Paypal will link your new account to the old suspended account?

I have a 10 year old paypal account that is still running but has had many suspended ebay accounts associated with it via email address.

PP keeps your info forever. Email/Add/Phone #/CC #/Bank ac #.
When it doesn't show, it doesn't mean it's not there.

I cannot attest to what Paypal does in other Countries,,But BELIEVE Me That will NOT Fly here in the US,,once you attach a Paypal account to an Ebay account that got booted,,,you Can NOT attach it to another Ebay account and have it last,,NO WAY,,,

Quickest and easiest explanation is a paypal associated with suspended eay accounts can never go near ebay again.:smash:

I did not even Notice that this Post was from Feb until you mentioned it,,I simply saw it under the "New Posts" tab,,as for how it got there,,,NO Clue,,Feb 13th, wasn't that about the time the forum had that Problem and lost a Lot of its Posts?

Not what happened.

A now banned user bumped the post with a horrendously dangerous reply.

Slapped came to the rescue.
