Ebay mc999 Suspension and then paying fees?

eBay will gladly consider reinstating your account, but only after this balance has been paid in full.

I got banned on this account with no feedback when I listed vero 3 months ago. If I pay this account will it probably get re-instated or who knows?

I have tried 6 months ago when the same happened and the miracle it got re-instated automatically.

its a scam!! they say that so you will pay what you owe, then you pay it and you are still limited. while i still pay my fee's on blocked accounts, i have had this happen numerous times

So, I guess its only worth it for the accounts that don't get banned for selling only for fee suspension of non payment.
