IP banned by paypal possible?
 

ok i find this weird actually.In the past i ma using my laptop and have around 10 accounts including 1 main and 9 spares.Most of the spares have gone negative amount and i didnt do anything about it.

Fast foward and i move to Desktop,tried using the spare accounts and got them limited extremely. Whenever i created a new account with desktop I got limited as soon as i try to send $$.


So now i was thinking if i am able to create stealth account w/o using stealth methods from my laptop or i am just dreaming.

You must be doing something wrong somewhere to arrive at that point by some process you've yet to realise or understand.

i doubt i do anything special to get me IP banned on my desktop =\

Desktop, laptop, netbook, iPhone, it doesn't matter. Re-read the stealth book 4 more times, then step by step complete the process. You are doing something wrong, but as you said you doubt your doing something wrong. LOL. You're doing something wrong. Period.

Have you logged your IP?

What country's paypal are you using?

IN what country are your PP accounts registered? Is the IP a match for country?

singapore and yes i used singapore address

Whatever you are doing you need to stop because not only are you having issues with IP but you also state you are in the negative with several accounts.

Why even do the work if you are going to lose accounts one after another.
