How to setup PIN number in GreenDot card

I have purchased one GreenDot card in store and I have just activated it online a moment. But when I tried to edit the PIN number, its say system error. And also I cannot find "Change PIN" in support tab after I login.
Does anybody know why I don't have "Change PIN" selection in my account?

simple just log into your greendot card go to >support>account settings>edit pin

easy peasy....

I have sent a message to GreenDot and found a answers back.
They told me that I must active my personalize card first.

And may I ask if GreenDot support post box?

I am so way behind you guys on GD.

I thought I read that gd and pp share information. If they do how are you getting away with using the card to withdraw if you have to use your real info on the card with stealth name on pp?

What in the heck am I missing here?
