Have about -9$ negative Ebay backs lol. Purchased an item and returned for a refund later on. Then spend the certificate on something else.

I wonder if they will add the -9$ to the monthly fees :)

it will stay neg until you buy more stuff. ive had this before too. they dont come after you for the money, at least not in my experience
