Credit Card denied
 

I was trying to get rid of the 500 Dollar withdrawal limit for one of my accounts by adding a credit card. And then I get this message:

"This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."

What does that mean and what can I do about it? I was using a vanilla visa gift card to verify my acc.

search vanilla visa. something with the expiration date or something wont allow you to verify ebay and or paypal with it.

Okay so I got a new vanilla visa gift card. Registered the zip cide, and tried verifying it on paypal and it worked.

However, paypal said they are taking out 1.95 to make sure I got some money and they are sending a confirmation code? And I will see the 4 digit code on my card statement..but I got a vanilla visa gift card so where can I see the code? Will it show up in 2-3 days on the vanilla visa website?

check the charge on vanillavisa.com it should be on there the 4 digit code

same thing with me earlier. 1.95 deposit..code? called 800 num right after i got that notice.... Rep gave me the code no prob..Good card at moment!!!!
