Eb & PP addresses match but not match with profile address, should I ship?
 

I have a buyer whose profile says that he has been a member since 2011 in the U.K, but his Ebay and Paypal shipping addresses are in the U.S (Ebay and PP addresses match) and those addresses are unconfirmed.
Should I ship my item? Also, why is that? Does that mean he moved after he registered his Ebay?

I would NOT ship to the UNCONFIRMED US addresses as you are not covered under the EB/PP A/C buyer/seller protection program.Any one here know any different ???:ballchain:

It is possible that the US addresses are secondary mail forwarding addresses in addition to their CONFIRMED UK address.

For me, I only ship it if it's eligible for seller's protection.
If shipping to unconfirmed addresses and not eligible for seller's protection, I make sure I include signature confirmation. Depending on the value, insurance is purchased too.
As for different addresses, it could be what you mentioned, he moved after registration. It could also be, he's in the US for a long vacation etc etc etc.

unconfirmed address can be eligible for seller protection. It will say in the payment details on paypal. If it is eligible then ship.

In my case, I'm eligible for seller protection (I check with my PP).
I asked and the buyer replied "The reason is that I need shipping to the USA, but paying with my UK credit card. So I can't confirm my address but it is 100% right."
What do you guys think of this?
