old suspended ebay acct.
 

One of my old suspended eBay accounts has an owed amount that is negative. I still receive statements to email with a negative balance owed? How can you get that or can I?

Not sure I understand what you mean or are querying.

If you owe on fees then they will keep emailing you to pay regardless of whether the account is suspended or not.

How can you get what?

And why do you check that email anyway?

If you owe it pay it and move on.

In most cases if you pay it they will reinstate the account.

Any lost account to me unless you want to pay the fees should not be accessed or links clicked on.

I am not sure what you are saying either.

You owe the money and they will continue to try and get it.

If it is your real name and info they will at some point send it to collections.

What I'm saying is they actually owe me money. The email is still used for other stuff. But instead of having a balance that I owe to eBay, there is a negative balance of a couple hundred. After they suspended account and took down listings, they refunded fees etc... ill just chalk it up, but wish I could get that lil bit..

EB suspended your EB A/C & refunded your EB fees but you are now wondering how to retrieve this money (the refunded fees from EB) ???:pry:

Either you can call or email them in this respect to determine your next course of steps to recover this money otherwise it will be released after a 180 holding period by which time you can attach a bank account to withdraw funds to.

Sounds like you have to call ebay to ask for a refund. Probaly need to give them a credit card for the refund. Hopefully they dont just want to cut you a check.

You are going to have a nightmare trying to get it back. It happened to me and I managed to get the account ressurected - but I don't envy you at all with it - good luck
