I actually think this could be a money saver!

I think that all the millions of deposits add up and its just another way to save LOTS of money

Has anyone actually ever reported that they have been limited when the deposits have gone back and shown their REAL INFO to PP?

Yes there were some posts back where people got limited as soon as the micro deposits got returned.

The reason that PayPal gives you for a limitation, if they give you one at all, isn't always the real reason why you are getting limited. They just want you to send in docs because of something suspicious is the bottom line.

Exactly, I think it could be very coincidental the fact they limited. Maybe limiting new accounts for instant documents on a very random basis.

no limitations here as of yet with banks seeing such deposits/withdrawals

I made an account 5 days ago, Paypal did the 2 small deposits and they are still on my account. They have not been returned. I did notice the deposits were less than $0.10 total.

What bank are you using?

Almost none of my new accounts are experiencing this debit.

UPDATE FOR EVERYONE ON THIS MATTER!!. I have about 7 stealth accounts running fine. Made one Sunday night with Bank Of America. They deposited a total of .20 and withdrew .20. The account is still running as of right now, but its either two of the following. BOA didn't like the names not matching. Or Its Paypal wanting their money back. If i get limited i will 100% be able to tell you if they can see the name or not. This is just a pay pal only i have opened up. I always wait to open the Ebay account once my pay pal has been 100% verified

Every account I made by far has been limited after the micro deposit. Dont look at my flag, i made this aspkin account while visting egypt. But so far all accounts I made in the US have been limited right after the micro deposit verifcation. Each time, paypal gets the money right back as soon as they deposit it. I asked why, they said it looks like someone accessed ur account without your permission. Instant verification wont work if paypal can see your account bank details. For ally bank, they can see the name of the bank account and compare it with the name on paypal, why it will fail usually.

PP said that it looks like someone accessed your account? Sounds like use of a VPS or VPN or Proxy...

Im making some now and ill post my results. I doubt they see the name when they withdraw cause I dont see it when I withdraw from the same acc to my checking acc at a diff bank. Just shows bank name , part of acc number and transaction number. problem is somewhere else me thinks

I noticed that too. I thought it was just Paypal being cheap! So, they'll match the names on the recovery of deposits? Hmmmm, instant verify may be the way to go now.

You have misread the thread. So far there is no evidence at all that the debits paypal does is and attempt to ID users. So far, the facts are pointing to PP just being cheap.

Well, I guess you didn't misread the thread.. You just based your post solely on what Lakeman said. Lakeman's statement, which you just quoted, has no facts behind it. It is only an assumption, a worst-case assumption.

I have yet to hear about any accounts being limited or suspended due to the debit PP does. Only suspensions that sound like they were for a very different reason.. I am using and have used many stealth PP accounts that had the debit taken from the bank account. None of them have had any problems.
