eBay Called to verify my listings??
 

Hi everyone!

I just listed with a friends account for the first time. They called her a few hours after to ask if the item was hers and was in her possession.

I was using my phone to tether. I am in bc and had a toronoto IP.

Is this normal?? This is a first for me. Does that mean theyre watching me now??

Yes, this is normal. Happens all the times. When they don't call you and just pull your listings off quickly its beaucause there being mean. If they call you then they want to be friendly. What where you selling?

Quite possible the IP detected different area - is your account ok now?

My friend said they didnt sound mad. Those were the only questions. do you have them are they yours and what are you listing.

Sounds like just a verification call - I would not be worried.

Don't worry about vero and other terms - read around the forums if you want. As far as I am concerned, your account seems to be ok.

They call some accounts not every account.

The reason why i am using different accounts is because i always hit 30 day category limits.

They are not going to watch you, but if somebody complains they will.

They already verified you once now. I find they are less likely to hassle you for now..
